Targeted Statutory Consultation on Proposed Minor Amendments to the PEIR Onshore Development Area launches 23 June 2026

Following statutory consultation on the PEIR (Preliminary Environmental Information Report) undertaken in 2025, Dogger Bank D has identified a number of localised boundary amendments introducing small additional areas of land to the PEIR Onshore Development Area.

These boundary amendments have been identified following consideration of feedback from the 2025 statutory consultation, alongside technical and environmental work and landowner engagement. The additions reflect minor adjustments to support the design development, as well as construction and operational requirements.

As new or different land interests are being introduced, consultation is required under Section 42 of the Planning Act 2008 to allow affected parties the opportunity to comment.

This consultation is aimed at those with an interest in, or who may be affected by, the proposed minor amendments to the PEIR Onshore Development Area, including affected landowners and occupiers, relevant local authorities, and prescribed consultees with responsibilities for the onshore elements of the Project. Additionally, any interested party may review the information and provide comments.
